Child Safety & CSAE Policy

Our child safety standards

1. Minimum age

TransD is an adults-only service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly permit anyone under this age to use TransD. If we learn that an underage person has an account, we will take steps to suspend or terminate it and handle associated information in accordance with applicable law.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE

TransD prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or requesting, sharing, or distributing it.
• Sexualized content or sexual activity involving a minor.
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
• Trafficking, coercion, or other exploitation of a minor.

We review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, and reporting matters to relevant authorities when required by law.

3. How to report

Report suspected underage accounts, CSAE, or other child-safety concerns using the form below or email support@trandrapp.com. Include the profile name or link and relevant context if available. Do not attach, forward, or include any suspected CSAM in your report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first.

4. Review and action

Reports are reviewed by our support team. We may request additional information where appropriate and take action consistent with our policies and applicable law. We cooperate with law enforcement and relevant child-protection authorities as required.
